I’ve brought countless friends here and (especially the ones from out of town) can’t leave without taking a photo. The easygoing atmosphere makes it easy to make small talk when sitting at the bar which can make it feel like you’re a VIP. Rooftop93 also boasts some of the friendliest bartenders in the neighborhood. Even without the happy hour the drinks are well priced compared to other rooftop bars in the LES (about $15 a cocktail). The Delancey is one of my go-to rooftop bars in the Lower East Side especially I’m going out with friends. Luckily the bar is still a hidden gem, so it doesn’t get the crowds other LES rooftop bars are known to have.Īddress: 3 Freeman Alley, New York, NY 10002 Image Courtesy JVD Hotels Folks getting off work will stop by for a drink and couples will visit for a casual date.īy night The Bowery Rooftop becomes a lively discotheque thanks to the DJ who plays modern dance music.

Wait in line, go past a bouncer and work your way into a dim and bustling space. I’ve found the bar to be a typical club experience. The crowd is young and flirty, perfect for meeting new people or going out with friends.
